Wholesaling is selling goods or merchandise to retailers, institutional, commercial, and industrial or other professional business users. It is a resale of new or used goods to wholesalers who act as an agent for selling merchandise to companies. Wholesalers assemble, grade and sort large lots of goods, break and repack them to redistribute in smaller lots.
A T-shirt is a shirt with usually no buttons, collars or pockets. Most of T-shirts have round neck and short sleeves. T-shirts are available for men and women of all age groups.
Earlier T-shirts were considered rare as only few people used to wear them. But with changing generation and trends, T-shirt has become a major part of everyday wear. Not long ago formal and sober dressing was a norm but mindsets and attitudes of today have gone towards a more casual attitude of clothing.
Popularity of T-shirts is increasing everyday not only among young boys and girls but children and older generation also prefer T-shirts as they are easy to wear and come in many varieties. A flow of wholesale T-shirts in markets is due to heavy demand of customers. T-shirt now a wholesale commodity clouds marketplace in large extent and are accessible for any one interested in getting hold of them.
Wholesaling of T-shirts take place in unbranded, less known brands and well established brands. Stocks are supplied by manufactures and wholesalers purchase them and sell to retailers as per their demand at less price. In wholesale T-shirts margin of profit per piece is less for wholesaler, manufacturer as well as retailer, but traders concentrate on turnover of trade.
